30-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase Quietell Cloud or Quietell Pro and the software does not meet your needs, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No lengthy questionnaire - a short note on what did not work is enough.
How to request a refund
- Email barker8a@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, including your PayPal receipt/transaction ID or Quietell invoice number.
- We will confirm and process the refund through PayPal. Quietell (Barak Avreki) is the seller of record; PayPal is only our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your card or PayPal balance within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
Your license key will be deactivated. Please uninstall Quietell if you no longer wish to use it.

The free tier and the 2-job Pro evaluation trial are free - no payment, no refund applies.
Upgrade purchases
Cloud→Pro upgrade purchases follow the same 30-day policy from the date of the upgrade charge.
